Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services said it would neither comment on nor disclose the terms of the agreement on a contract with grain elevator operators.
The federal agency, whose mediators assisted the two sides in
negotiations, said it would neither comment on nor disclose the terms
of the agreement, which replaces an agreement that expired in September
