Third-party logistics services provider Norbert Dentressangle will purchase the logistics assets of MGF, a subsidiary of the G7 Group, consisting of nine warehouses in France.
With a combined storage area of 174,000 square meters, the warehouses are located mainly between Paris in northern France and the urban areas of Lyon, Toulouse and Marseille. The warehouses, which employ 272 workers, specialize in logistics services for the retail, textile and industrial sectors and generate annual revenues of about 26 million euros ($36 million), according to the company.
The purchase of these assets will take effect by July 15, Norbert Dentressangle said.
