Port of Portland plans new terminal for propane

Canada’s Pembina Pipeline plans new propane export terminal in Portland. Port of Portland officials said Tuesday that Calgary, Alberta-based Pembina Pipeline Corporation has entered into an agreement to develop a rail-served propane export facility. The development is expected to be up and running by 2018.
