Saverco enters final phase of CMB takeover

Saverco NV on Tuesday will enter the final takeover phase of the outstanding shares of Antwerp-based vessel and aircraft operator CMB.

   Saverco NV on Tuesday will enter the final takeover phase of the outstanding shares of Antwerp-based vessel and aircraft operator CMB.
   Saverco recently completed a voluntary public takeover of all CMB shares, closing Nov. 25 with 33,520,326 shares or 95.77 percent of the longtime public company. On Dec. 1, Saverco will proceed with the simplified “squeeze-out” for the remaining CMB shares, closing Dec. 21. 
   Upon the close of the simplified squeeze-out, CMB will be automatically delisted from the stock exchange Euronet Brussels, the companies said in a joint statement.
