Service Announcements: A. Duie Pyle, SCI Logistics and CenterPoint Properties

A. Duie Pyle and SCI Logistics open new logistics centers in New Jersey and Nova Scotia, while CenterPoint Properties sells a 10-building portfolio in the Milwaukee area.

   A. Duie Pyle has opened a new logistics center located 25 miles northeast of Philadelphia in Westampton, N.J. The 32-acre campus includes more than 100 dock doors and over 132,000 square feet of warehousing space. The facility is located off Interstates 95 and 295 in central New Jersey.

SCI Logistics has opened a new logistics facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the third to open in the past 12 months. The facility will provide a variety of “white glove” services and technical services such as configuration, staging, equipment installation and final-mile delivery of products.

CenterPoint Properties has disposed of a 10-building portfolio in the Greater Milwaukee market. The portfolio consists of 1.74 million square feet and 116 acres of land. “CenterPoint is heavily focused on growing and reallocating into logistically advantaged markets such as Seattle, Los Angeles, Houston, and Northern New Jersey,” said Laura Petrucci, vice president of investments for CenterPoint. No further details of the transaction were disclosed.
