Gotimer served as co-CEO of Trailer Bridge during 2011 and 2012, and helped steer the company through a reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal bankruptcy law earlier this year. He was general counsel and secretary of Trailer Bridge from 1990 until 2012. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Kadampanattu Corp., McLean Industries, British Airways and Pan American World Airways.
Trailer Bridge is a Jones Act carrier that offers a combined trucking and barge service between the U.S. mainland, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.
Gotimer will serve a limited number of clients in the legal and business arenas on a retainer and/or project basis and be available to assist by managing and retaining additional counsel as needed. – Chris Dupin
