CNF promotes Mullet, Cullen

CNF promotes Mullet, Cullen    CNF Inc., the transportation conglomerate that owns multi-region truck carrier Con-Way Transportation Services, Menlo Worldwide Logistics and a logistics joint venture with General Motors, promoted Randy Mullet from director to vice president of government relations and Gary Cullen to vice president and deputy general counsel.
   Mullet, who is based in Washington, is CNF’s lead representative on homeland security issues, providing transportation expertise on committees at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Manufacturers, the American Trucking Associations, the Cargo Airline Association, the International Cargo Security Council and the Joint Industry Group, as well as working informally with Department of Homeland Security policymakers.
