Senior CP Ships IT executive moves to Maersk    Stephen Fraser, vice president of information systems at CP Ships for the last 10 years, is leaving the company to join Madison, N.J.-based Maersk Inc., the U.S. arm of the A.P. Moller-Maersk group.
   Fraser will be vice president and chief information officer of Maersk Inc., reporting to Russ Bruner, the company’s president and chief executive officer.
   Maersk Inc. said Fraser will relocate from Florida to New Jersey and begin working with the company in mid-March. At Maersk Inc., Fraser will be responsible for information technology in the United States, Canada and Mexico, and represent the company’s North America region on global IT initiatives of the Danish group.
