FMC RECEIVES OTI APPLICATIONS, REVOKES 20 LICENSES    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 17 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from J.C. Freight of City of Industry, Calif.; Elite Express Co. in Inglewood, Calif.; DSI Tiger Group in City of Industry, Calif.; D.K. Logistics of Gardena, Calif.; Houston Syrius USA of League City, Texas; International Transportation Group in Inwood, N.Y.; Leric of New Orleans; O.T.I. Cargo in Miami; and Jury Trans of Miami.
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Energy Freight Systems Corp. of Florida in Miami; GQ Logistics in Inglewood, Calif.; Interdel Logistics of Jamaica, N.Y.; and Intermodal Bridge Services in Secaucus, N.J.
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Buenos Dias America of Norwalk, Calif.; Emmeli Shipping in Ocean, N.J.; Flegenheimer International of El Segundo, Calif.; and Master Freight International in Bensalem, Pa.
   In addition, the FMC revoked the 17 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds: All Express Cargo in South Ozone Park, N.Y.; Cubic Express Co. of Berea, Ohio; DSL Transportation Services in South Gate, Calif.; Express Global Freight of Monterey, Calif.; Freight Options Unlimited in Hawthorne, Calif.; Frontrunner Worldwide of Naperville, Ill.; Global Logistics International in Miami; Latek USA of Carlstadt, N.J.; McCollister’s Transportation Systems in Burlington, N.J.; Overseasbridge Transport of Los Angeles; Pegasus Transair in Grapevine, Texas; Plus System in Lomita, Calif.; S.A.C. International Forwarding of Miami; Shine Express in Jamaica, N.Y.; Sky Way Shipping in Monterey Park, Calif.; Trans Marine International Corp. of Palatine, Ill.; and Western Transit Express in Hayward, Calif.
   Addition Freight Forwarders of Burlingame, Calif.; MAI Global Transport in Itasca, Ill.; and Seino America of Inglewood, Calif. voluntarily surrendered licenses to the agency.
