Fabricius previously served as CFO for the TMF Group, a financial, legal and human resources business process outsourcing company that does business in 75 countries. She was also in charge of operations of the group and served as a board member.
“Pernille Fabricius brings a wealth of experience within operations, management and financial monitoring of global service companies and I am pleased to welcome her to the Damco team,” Damco CEO Rolf Habben-Jansen said in a statement.
Damco is a subsidiary of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group.
