The cut-off for Jacksonville and Port Everglades departures is 12 noon the day of the sailing. In San Juan, the cut-off is 3 p.m. the day of sailing. All documentation must be submitted to Sea Star corporate offices at least one hour before cargo arrives.
Sea Star requires a 48-hour notice for explosive cargo bookings at its main Jacksonville terminal.
