Encompass, ServicePower target after-sale services

   Encompass Supply Chain Solutions (ESCS), a provider of forward and reverse logistics for electronics and replacement parts, has formed a partnership with ServicePower Technologies PLC, which facilitates outsourced-services and field management, to provide future and after-sale services to manufacturers, retailers, and their field service networks.
   Under the agreement, ESCS and ServicePower will combine their replacement parts distribution and field management platform services, as well as other modules that support these operations. The combination will allow the companies to integrate existing technology systems for technicians that get work orders from ServicePower.
   Encompass manages all stages of the product lifecycle, including finished goods and replacement parts logistics, returns management, asset value recovery and disposal. The goal is to support a single window to speed up work and lock in orders.
