The Halal Express Service will cover ports from the Straits of Malacca to the Middle East with cold storage facilities in Port Kelang and in Jebel Ali, operated by MISC-subsidiary MISC Integrated Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (MILS), the main source of refrigerated cargoes.
“This will ensure full compliance of the recognized Halal logistics standards throughout the process,” MISC said.
