NOL CENTRALIZES TANKER SHIPPING OPERATIONS    Singapore-based Neptune Orient Lines, the parent company of APL, has several of the group’s product tanker divisions into one organization, Neptune Associated Shipping.
   Neptune Associated Shipping incorporates the product tanker operations from Neptank, Neptune Associated Lines and NOL.
   The new entity will specialize in the owning and operating of clean petroleum product tankers, NOL said. It has a fleet of 22 vessels that includes harbor tankers, coastal tankers and medium-range tankers, serving major oil companies throughout Asia and the Pacific.
   Headquartered in Singapore, Neptune Associated Shipping employs approximately 70 people. Joseph Kwok has been appointed chief executive officer and president of the new subsidiary company.
   Neptune Associated Shipping is part of NOL’s chartering and enterprise division, which also includes American Eagle Tankers, the group’s shipping company engaged in the transportation of crude oil and related businesses.
