The ID program of the Department of Homeland Security, implemented by the Transportation Security Administration, is being phased in at ports of entry around the country. The Port of Jacksonville and Port Canaveral have already started enrollments.
The Port of Miami has posted a brochure and other TWIC enrollment information on its Web site at www.miamidade.gov/portofmiami/.
