Rodriguez will oversee all sales activity, pricing and marketing in the eastern half of the United States and Puerto Rico, reporting to Brian Taylor, executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief commercial officer of Horizon Lines, Inc.
Rodriguez was previously general manager, pricing and marketing in Puerto Rico for Horizon. Before that, he was general sales manager of the U.S. eastern region, and general sales manager and strategic account director in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He joined Horizon Lines in 1999.
