The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Old Dominion Freight Line, Thomasville, N.C. (Gregory B. Plemmons, vice president); and Friendship Transport, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. (Ted Ching Yu Wang, president). The agency also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Express Forwarding, Tampa, Fla. (Marina Y. Scarr, president).
