FMC receives 7 OTI applications, revokes 20 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received seven ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Embarques Victoria Multiservices Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Maria Victoria Guzman, president); 132 Vermilyea Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Jose Agustin Batista, president); and Total Express, Seattle (David Jung, director).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Old Dominion Freight Line, Thomasville, N.C. (Gregory B. Plemmons, vice president); and Friendship Transport, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. (Ted Ching Yu Wang, president). The agency also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Express Forwarding, Tampa, Fla. (Marina Y. Scarr, president).

   The FMC revoked 20 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The firms are AAC Perishables Logistics, Miami; A.S.E. Customs & Logistics, Hoffman Estates, Ill.; Anthem World Transport, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico; Atlas Forwarding Co., Pompano Beach, Fla.; Boston Shipping Enterprises, Brooklyn, N.Y.; CBE USA International, Houston; China Ling, Torrance, Calif.; CUK Lines, Atlanta; Daily Freight Cargo, Miami; Future Freight Systems, South Kearny, N.J.; J.B. Fong & Co., San Francisco; JC Trans (USA), Walnut, Calif.; N&A/Willex International, Milpitas, Calif.; Reliance Shipping Group, Dallas; Sea Link (U.S.A.), Jamaica, N.Y.; Slade Shipping, Houston; Suburban Moving & Storage Co., Lisle, Ill.; Thomas M. McGovern, Kingwood, Texas; Transconex, Renton, Wash.; and WW Messenger & Shipping Co., Orange, N.J.
