BOLERO.NET ADDS FOUR TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES    Bolero.net said Friday four new technology companies have joined its partner program. China Systems, Surecomp, Tradepaq and Allagraf Ltd. bring to 14 the number of companies partnering to electronically convey trade and financial documents via the Internet.
   China Systems, founded in 1983, is a trade finance vendor with 275 customer banks in 75 countries. The company will connect with the Bolero network via CS Bolero, a browser-based system with document management capabilities.
   Allagraf Ltd. is a joint venture between ID Certify, which provides digital signature-based e-commerce solutions, and Marinade Ltd., a London-based consulting firm. Allagram is developing a Bolero.net interface called Quaynotes, aimed at shipping departments and freight forwarders. Quaynotes will comprise a document management system integrated with a Bolero Connectivity module.
   Surecomp, a Canadian-based provider of software and services for the wholesale banking industry, will link to Bolero.net via its existing NetIMEX and IMEX products. NetIMEX enables customers to transfer export documentation to the bank. IMEX allows users to receive incoming correspondence, remove customer instruction, add the bank's own instructions and forward the package to the next party in the chain via Bolero.net.
   Tradepaq will provide Tradepaq.confirm, trade document generation application, and Tradepaq.finance, trade finance execution applications, along with Bolero.net's e-business trade infrastructure.
   Bolero.net was launched at the end of September 1999.
