CAP GEMINI ERNST & YOUNG, CCEWEB MARKET FINANCIAL SOFTWARE    Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Germany, a management and IT consultant, and CCEWeb Corp., a provider of services to financial institutions, have formed a strategic alliance to market and integrate CCEWeb’s electronic, paperless GlobalTrade Secure Payment and Trade Management System for importers, exporters, banks and trade service providers.
   The core market is CCEWeb’s existing customer base in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, for which Cap Gemini will provide consulting and integration services.
   “Starting this month, the Supplement for Electronic Presentation to the ICC’s UCP 500 comes into force, accommodating the presentation of electronic records,” said Jacob Katsman, chief executive officer of CCEWeb, adding that the new strategic alliance with CCEWeb will broaden his company’s “management of electronic solutions for trade services.”
