Xterprise introduces RFID compliance technology    Xterprise Inc., a Dallas-based provider of electronic product code and radio-frequency identification (RFID) compliance technology, has released a group of applications to assist shippers with emerging RFID requirements.
   The new technology package, called XARM, offers a combination of hardware, software and services 'that can be designed and deployed in 90 days,' Xterprise said in a statement.
   'This drop-in solution is scalable,' said Dean Frew, founder and president of Xterprise, which was formed in 2002. 'Whether a supplier has 50,000 cases to ship ' or needs higher levels of automation to support 5 million cases per year, XARM gives suppliers an inexpensive stop-gap that doesn't require complete re-engineering of their distribution facility.'
   Frew called XARM 'a practical approach to RFID ' this is about putting tags on boxes, and then tracking them through the supply chain.'
