Danzas, the logistics arm of the expansionist group
Deutsche Post, has exercised options to acquire additional series B shares in ASG, the
Swedish forwarding company.
Danzas had previously purchased 7.4 million series B shares in ASG. The
latest transaction increases Danzas’s ownership of ASG’s issued equity by 5.8 percent, to
76.6 percent.
Danzas said that ASG has become a subsidiary of the Danzas group.
Beginning Sept. 2, ASG is changing the forwarding companies with which it cooperates
around the world. In the air and sea sectors, the change will be implemented this fall,
Danzas said.
