RCS names Rosen, Wilkening VPs

   RCS Logistics, a Secaucus, N.J.-based air freight forwarder, has promoted Evan Rosen to senior vice president of sales and marketing and Bill Wilkening to vice president of business development and emerging markets.
   Rosen joined RCS in 2006. He began his logistics career in 1994 as an account executive at OOCL. In 1996, Rosen joined Maersk Line, where he held various positions within the line and logistics organizations, including director of sales for the Hong Kong-based Maersk Logistics Asia.
   Wilkening previously held several positions with Morrison Express Corp., including regional general manager for the East Coast. He joined RCS Logistics in November 2009 as director of business development, and is based in Miami, where he successfully established the company’s Latin America network operations and sales team.
