Penske Logistics makes leadership change

Penske Logistics makes leadership change    Penske Logistics said Vincent Hartnett plans to retire as president in January and will be succeeded by Marc Althan, vice president of administration and procurement for parent company Penske Truck Leasing.
   Hartnett has worked for the Penske organization for 38 years.
   During his 22-year tenure at Reading, Pa.-based Penske, Althan has held positions with responsibility for facilities, real estate, vehicle remarketing, vehicle supply, energy and environmental services. Prior to joining Penske he worked for Chevron and GE's Gelco Truck Leasing.
   Penske Truck Leasing is a joint venture between Penske Corp., Penske Automotive Group and General Electric. It operates more than 200,000 vehicles around the world.
