FMC RECEIVES 15 OTI LICENSE APPLICATIONS, REVOKES TWO LICENSES    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 15 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Liberty Maritime of Spring, Texas; Jet Cargo Forwarders International of National City, Calif.; Nex-Freight System of Jamaica, N.Y.; Tug Logistics in City of Industry, Calif.; Fortune Logistics of Jamaica, N.Y.; Clarke International Services in Inglewood, Calif.; and Calvary Corp. of El Monte, Calif.
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Navigational Logistics of Jamaica, N.Y.; Andrews Moving and Storage Co. in Brecksville, Ohio; All World Logistics in Kearny, N.J.; S.T.S. International Freight Forwarders in Miami; and Magic Logistics of Miami.
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Seair International of Jamaica, N.Y.; Maritime International in Richmond Hill, Calif.; and RWC in Wilmington, Calif.
   Persons knowing of any reason why the following applicants should not receive a license are asked to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington.
   In addition, the FMC revoked two OTI licenses. Indo-China Express in Oakland, Calif., voluntarily surrendered its license; and Royal International Freight Forwarding Co. in Jersey City, N.J., failed to maintain a valid bond.
