TACA keeping BAF, CAF at same levels The Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement’s bunker and currency adjustment factors will be left unchanged through at least Aug 15.
   TACA’s bunker rates for traffic to, from and via U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coasts ports are $494 per TEU, $988 per FEU or 45-foot container, and weight-measure adjustment of $48.
   Rates for traffic to, from and via U.S. Pacific Coast ports are $741 per TEU, $1,482 per FEU or 45-foot container, and weight-measure adjustment of $74.
   The conference’s currency adjustment factor will remain at 10 percent for the same period.
   Member lines of TACA are Atlantic Container Line, Mediterranean Shipping Co., Maersk Line, NYK and OOCL.
