BA World Cargo to start Calgary service    BA World Cargo will Dec. 1 start a five-times-weekly mainline service to Calgary, to boost its belly-hold capacity into Canada.
   The carrier will Friday open a sales station at Calgary.
   “Our investment in the new Calgary station highlights BA World Cargo’s long term commitment to our customers in the Americas and our desire to grow the market,” said David Shepherd, BA World Cargo’s vice president commercial of the Americas.
   At the same time, as part of a wider schedule review, BA World Cargo will increase the frequency of its mainline services to a number of destinations, including:
   * New York to eight flights per day.
   * Sao Paulo from three to 10 flights each week.
   * London Gatwick/Houston flights will be increased to 12 each week.
   * An additional mainline service between Heathrow and Bangalore.
   * Dubai frequencies up to 17 per week for the winter.
