FECI shareholders are entitled to $62.50 per share in cash, and also received a special cash dividend on July 25 of $21.50 per share on all issued and outstanding common stock.
FECI, which includes the Florida East Coast Railway and a real estate investment arm, sold for $2.2 billion.
