FEDEX NAMES PRESIDENT FOR LATIN AMERICA, CARIBBEAN    Juan N. Cento has been named president of Federal Express Corp.'s Latina America and Caribbean division, replacing Dianne M. Stokely, who becomes senior vice president, customer services, a newly created position at the company's Memphis headquarters.
   Cento, a Cuban native was vice president for Mexico and Central America. In his new position he will report to Michael L. Ducker, executive vice president for international.
