FMC reviews 9 OTI applications, revokes 3 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received nine ocean transportation intermediary license applications from review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Harborside Logistics, Portland, Maine (Christopher Robinson, president); Baycor International, Houston (Jorge A. Aponte, president); Fastland Shipping, Los Angeles (Adel Y. Abdelmooti, president); and Fremart International, City of Industry, Calif. (Jin Zhao, president).
   The FMC received an NVO/ocean freight forwarder license application from MTGLOBAL, Carson, Calif. (Cynthia K. Narksuriya, chief executive officer); and ocean freight forwarder license applications from Scanwell Logistics, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Dennis Choy, president); Legero International Houston, Houston (Elwin Cornelisse, managing director); Scanwell Logistics, Columbus, Ohio (Dennis Choy, president); and BDP International, Jacksonville, Fla. (Bahtiyar Yurdakul, president).

   The FMC revoked the OTI licenses of Eurocargo Express, Los Angeles; Sig M. Glukstad, Miami; and Victory Van Lines, Staten Island, N.Y., for failure to maintain valid bonds.
