A.P. Moller-Maersk continues sale of non-core businesses    A.P. Moller-Maersk, the Danish conglomerate that owns Maersk Sealand, Maersk Logistics, Maersk Air and APM Terminals, has agreed to sell its foundry machinery and equipment manufacturing subsidiary DISA Holding A.G.
   The latest move in its policy to focus on shipping, energy, air transport, retail and other core businesses is the disposal of the DKK1.2 billion ($206 million)-a-year DISA manufacturing business to Procuritas, a private equity fund with offices in Denmark and Sweden. The final company transfer expected to take place by the end of June.
   Last year, A.P. Moller-Maersk sold its information technology arm Maersk Data to IBM. In 2004, A.P. Moller-Maersk had total revenues of DKK166 billion ($29 billion) and still owns several manufacturing companies.
