The wholly-owned Kuehne & Nagel subsidiary in Brazil will now operate under the name Kuehne & Nagel Ltda.
Kuehne & Nagel had entered into a joint venture with Deicmar SA in 1990.
“Being fully linked into Kuehne & Nagel’s global logistics network allows us to optimize processes and to realize synergies,” said Klaus Stanschus, managing director of Kuehne & Nagel Brazil.
