DHL said the new trade lanes are designed to offer more frequency and better reliability while helping customers reduce inventory.
This year, DHL Global Forwarding has launched outbound and inbound lanes from the United States and Latin America to Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
“We know the importance of helping our customers meet their commitments and deadlines. That is why we are always looking for ways to help them get their goods to market faster and more efficiently,” said Tara Caputo, head of LCL Americas for DHL Global Forwarding.
“Through our large global network, we are consistently looking at expanding our services to offer our customers greater oversight of their logistics chain and reduced risk of damage or loss,” Caputo said. “These new LCL services with regular direct schedules let customers properly plan their supply chains.”
