CSX LINES ADDS THIRD JACKSONVILLE/SAN JUAN SAILING    CSX Lines said Wednesday it will add a third weekly sailing from Jacksonville, Fla., to San Juan, Puerto Rico, departing every Thursday, starting May 9.
   The Midweek Jacksonville Express service augments sailings to San Juan on Tuesdays and Fridays, CSX Lines said. The new service also includes a third weekly return from Puerto Rico. to Jacksonville.
   “We have benefited from a great deal of support in the Puerto Rico market, and our schedule enhancement is in direct response to our customer needs, ” said Gabriel Serra, division vice president and general manager, Puerto Rico. “CSX Lines’ investment in 16 Jones-Act vessels gives us the ability to react quickly to changing market conditions.”
