PIONEER PICKS USCO LOGISTICS FOR NORTH AMERICAN NETWORK    Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc., the digital entertainment products manufacturer, has formed a three-year partnership with USCO Logistics to provide a warehousing and distribution network for Pioneer's North American supply chain.
   USCO, a Hamden, Conn.-based integrated supply chain services provider, will design, implement and manage the network for Pioneer, to provide just-in-time deliveries to dealers and distributors of its audio, video, computer and cable television product for home, car and business.
   USCO will initially support Pioneer's home, mobile entertainment and business divisions with transportation management services and dedicated distribution center in Ontario, Calif. Later efforts will include full network analysis and optimization.
   'Pioneer will immediately become one of our largest customers, with the potential to grow as its business expands,' said Robert r. Auray Jr., USCO Logistics' president and chief executive officer.
