Conor Commercial Real Estate develops commerce center in Illinois

The national real estate development firm announced the construction of the 70-acre Fountain Square Commerce Center in Bolingbrook, Ill.    Conor Commercial Real Estate announced the construction of the 70-acre Fountain Square Commerce Center in Bolingbrook, Ill., a multi-building industrial business park designed for industrial and distribution users.
   Bolingbrook, Ill. is situated approximately 30 miles (driving distance) south west of Chicago, Ill.
   The Fountain Square Commerce Center, which is scheduled for delivery in 2016, with offer easy access to the full I-55 interchange and will be in close proximity to the I-355 interchange.
   McShane Construction Company and Ware Malcomb will design and build the new center, which will consist of four Class A buildings between 109,088 square feet and 320,532 square feet. Each facility will have the capability to support single-tenant and multi-tenant environments with available space from 40,000 square feet. In addition, the Fountain Square Commerce Center will feature a 12-acre build-to-suite site that can accommodate up to 216,000 square feet of fully customized building requirements.
