Trans Global Logistics reorganizes in North Asia Hong Kong-based Trans Global Logistics has reorganized its operations in North Asia by realigning five countries in its regional network.
   The change places Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam under the North Asia region.
   'We are making this change to respond to the continued growth of our group,' said Donald Woo, Trans Global's chief executive officer. 'Our customers are increasingly manufacturing and shipping product from multiple locations throughout Asia and our new structure will help us to continue to deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction.'
   To oversee the region, Trans Global has named Steven Wong as its North Asia regional director. Wong was a founding member of the company's Hong Kong operation, and he was most recently general manager of Hong Kong operations since 1999.
