The general rate increases is applicable to shipments from all East Coast South America to ports to Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, including relay ports. The GRI is $175 per TEU, and $350 per FEU, high-cube container or 40-foot reefer box.
The carrier said the increase is necessary due to “current and projected market conditions and increased operating costs.”
