CBP to hold Trade Symposium in Baltimore

Topics to be covered at the yearly Customs and Border Protection event, scheduled for Nov. 4-5, include the Single Window for entry processing, the WTO’s Trade Facilitation Agreement, North American Customs collaboration and global supply chain issues.    U.S. Customs and Border Protection will hold its Trade Symposium in Baltimore, Nov. 4-5.
   The theme of the yearly event is “Transforming Global Trade.” Panel topics include updates on the Single Window for entry processing, the WTO’s Trade Facilitation Agreement, North American Customs collaboration and global supply chain issues.
   The Trade Symposium is an opportunity for industry representatives to hear first-hand from high-level CBP officials about initiatives and programs impacting their operations, as well as companies that are partnering with Customs on pilot projects.
