The acquisition is geared to strengthen IFS in the Latin American market. The move follows other acquisitions by IFS in the Brazil, Russia, India and China economies. IFS specializes in warehouse and supply chain management systems.
LatinIFS is an existing distributor of IFS’ application and was IFS’ implementation partner for the region. LatinIFS is projected to generate roughly $12 million in revenue in 2011.
