Correction: Agility to handle troop food supply through April    A story Tuesday cited erroneous information from a Washington Post article, namely that the logistics services provider no longer holds the food-supply contract in Iraq/Kuwait.
   In addition, the original indictment against Agility is still pending. A U.S. District Court in Atlanta is considering whether the Justice Department followed U.S. law in its attempt to issue a summons and indictment of Agility. A U.S. magistrate judge ruled in September that the Justice Department failed to follow the law.
   In September, the Justice Department asked the court to dismiss the indictment against Agility DGS Holdings Inc., a U.S. affiliate of Agility. The court is still considering that request.
