ROADWAY APPOINTS HARRIS AND STRAUSS TO VICE PRESIDENTS    The board of Roadway Corp. has elected Matilda Harris to vice president of corporate marketing and Victoria Strauss to vice president of corporate operations development, effective June 4.
   “These two positions will be critical to our development of high-level marketing and operations planning positions,” said Robert L. Stull, vice president of new venture commerce at Roadway Corp.
   Harris formerly served as the company’s director of market and product development, while Strauss formerly served as senior manager of new venture commerce.
   Roadway Corp. is a holding company focused on acquisitions, mergers and partnerships in the transportation. Its principal holding is Roadway Express, an Akron, Ohio-based less-than-trailerload trucking firm.
