FMC reviews 14 OTI applications, revokes 10 licenses The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review 14 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Tillicum Global Networks, Torrance, Calif. (Eun K. Han, president); ELS Logistics Services, Sayreville, N.J. (Edmond Erani, president); Premier Van Lines, Salt Lake City (Michael A. Cordell, president); Ours Logis, Carson, Calif. (Hyung Joon Ahn, president); Aramex International Courier, Jamaica, N.Y. (Haitham Alex Ajlouni, president); Petcon Freight Systems, Jamaica, N.Y. (Ben Arculli, president); Tru-Line Logistics, Torrance, Calif. (Susan Mi Young Pak Thomas, chief executive officer); and Yicheng Logistics, Santurce, Puerto Rico (Yanginq Zhou, president).
   The FMC received NVOCC/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Kairos Logistics, Downey, Calif. (Kang M. Lee, operating manager); Atlantic Ocean International, Miami (Edith Ochoa, president); Frontline Sourcing, Atlanta (Bernell Grizzard, president); and Volvo Logistics North America, Radford, Va. (Mary S. Alt, president).
   The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Pacorini USA, New Orleans (Barbara G. Chopin, vice president); and Navicargo Logistics and CFS, Medley, Fla. (Orlando Yanez Santana, president).
   Persons knowing of any reason why an applicant should receive an OTI license are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington at (202) 523-5843.
   The FMC revoked 10 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds: (CAL.) KTL International, Rancho Dominguez, Calif.; Cargoline (USA), Newark, N.J.; George J. Young & Co., Long Beach, Calif.; Inlogix Corp., San Juan, Puerto Rico; J.R. International Shipping, Cranford, N.J.; Royal Lonestar Marketing, Houston; Sage Freight Systems, Jamaica, N.Y,; Sunfreight Cargo International, Oxnard, Calif.; T.A. Coleman & Co., Mineola, N.Y.; and Tomcar Investment USA, Miami.
   The FMC rescinded OTI license revocations for three firms: Heron International, Pasadena, Texas; Kristen Brandimarte, Ocean, N.J.; and Lion Exhibition Freight, Atlanta. No reasons were given by the agency.
