Mueller, who's appointment is effective July 1, served as a senior underwriter for Korean and Taiwanese markets for 10 years. He also has worked extensively in the maritime industry in Europe, Africa and the Mideast.
Colin Lewin will remain TT Club's regional manager and local managing director, responsible for service in Hong Kong and throughout Asia.
Mueller will transfer his European responsibilities to David Lumby and Simon Schnorr.
