ATLANTIC VSA SERVICES SWAP PORTS    Lykes Lines, TMM Lines, Hapag-Lloyd and other carriers involved in two weekly transatlantic services under a vessel-sharing agreement have swapped port calls at New Orleans and Le Havre between their services.
   The U.S./Mexico/North Europe “loop 1” service operated by the shipping lines no longer calls at New Orleans. This service now includes the port of Le Havre in its rotation.
   Conversely, the U.S. Gulf/Mexico/North Europe “loop 2” service now includes New Orleans in the voyage rotation and has dropped the Le Havre call.
