OOCL will make additional calls both northbound and southbound at Yantian on its weekly Japan South East Asia Service. Calling Yantian will eliminate extra routing and reduce transshipment costs from Hong Kong to Japan, as well as reducing terminal costs, shortening transit time and improving reliability, the carrier said.
