PLS INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS NEW SENIOR MANAGERS

PLS INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS NEW SENIOR MANAGERS    PLS International has appointed Warren T. Rojas to vice president and general manager.
   Rojas, executive director of sales, is credited for building the Monaca, Pa.-based firm’s international operations by adding non-vessel-operating common carrier and freight forwarding services during the past eight months.
   Peter P. Scolieri was appointed vice president of business development for PLS. Scolieri served as director of business development for USF Logistics in Long Grove, Ill., and previously as director of sales and marketing for PLS. He also served as steel editor for American Metal Market in the early 1990s.
   PLS is a non-asset-based third-party logistics provider to the metals industry.
