ITC: U.S. not hurt by diamond sawblade imports from China, Korea    The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled Monday that U.S. industry is not injured by imports of diamond sawblades from China and South Korea, even though the Commerce Department had previously determined that this commodity was sold in the United States at less than fair value.
   As a result of the ITC’s negative determinations, no antidumping duty orders will be issued on diamond sawblades from China and South Korea. The ITC noted that the United States received more than $90 million in diamond sawblade imports in 2005 from these two Asian countries.
   The initial dumping claim was filed to the ITC by the Diamond Sawblade Manufacturers’ Coalition and its company members.
