FMC reviews 12 OTI applications, revokes 7 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 12 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Holiday Shipping, College Park, Ga. (Marie S. Carew, sole proprietor); Deans & Associates Freight System, Laurelton, N.Y. (Troy A. Dean, president); Shanghai City Union Logistics Network Co., Alhambra, Calif. (Willie Yong-Chuan Wu, president); and Transcom Express, Red Bank, N.J. (Elizabeth M. Magistro, president).
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Consolidated Logistics, Miami (Allerson B. Sardinha, president); FLS-USA Forwarding, Houston (Paul M. Garcia, manager); Ambrit-USA, Lauderdale Lakes, Fla. (Malcolm Garrett, president); Concert Group Logistics, Downers Grove, Ill. (Daniel Para, president); Just Cargo, Miami (Gustavo Alejandro Verite, president); and Uniwide Cargomovers & Travel, Carson, Calif. (Efren T. Arriola, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from MK Shipping, Houston (Moustafa Keshta, president); and Domicilio Expreso Dominicano (Domex) Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Noris Abreu, president).

   The agency also revoked seven OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The companies are Exim Services, Marina Del Rey, Calif.; Foreign Cargo International, Miami; Hayek Services, Miami; K.E.I. Enterprises, Gardena, Calif.; KS Logix, Compton, Calif.; Lysan Forwarding Co., Miami; and S/J Americas Service, Houston.
