APL ENTERS SHIP ON CMA CGM ASIA/EUROPE LINK

APL ENTERS SHIP ON CMA CGM ASIA/EUROPE LINK    APL has joined CMA CGM’s Asia/Europe/Mediterranean “NCX” service as a
vessel operator.
   The 4,918 TEU “APL Iris” will join the “NCX” service when it departs from Busan on March 14.
   APL will market the “NCX” service as “NCE”.
   The “NCX” service uses nine ships averaging 4,289 TEUs with CMA CGM contributing five ships and ANL Container Line, China Shipping Container Lines, Norasia Container Lines and now APL each adding one vessel. Evergreen take space on the service.
   The port rotation for the “NCX” is Southampton, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Zeebrugge, Le Havre, Damietta, Jeddah, Port Kelang, Busan, Kwangyang, Xingang, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, Singapore, Port Kelang, Jeddah, Marsaxlokk, Southampton, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Zeebrugge and Le Havre.
