THOMAS MILLER (AMERICAS) NAMES JARRETT CEO

THOMAS MILLER (AMERICAS) NAMES JARRETT CEO    Thomas Miller (Americas), the U.S. service outlet of Millers, managers of the U.K. P&I and Through Transport clubs, has named Michael Jarrett as president and chief executive officer.
   Jarrett has worked for Millers since 1980. He succeeds Thomas Bradshaw, who has left to resume the broking and service operation of Bradshaw and Associates.
   Bradshaw will specialize in marine and intermodal transportation insurance and will continue to have a relationship with Millers and the TT Club, according to a Millers spokesperson.
   Leo Kirchner, vice president and general manager of Thomas Miller (Americas), will assume overall responsibility for TT Club business in North and Central America.
   David Martowski will continue as chairman of Thomas Miller (Americas), which is based in Jersey City, N.J.
